Vehicle Rules
It is our desire to provide our exhibitors and the patrons of this event an environment characteristic of the Bonita Springs area and the Promenade. The following are "common sense" suggestions to help us meet that goal.

NEW RULE:
Vehicles longer than 30 ft. NOT allowed in Artist Parking.  (due to prior artist abuses)

PARKING: (This rule will be strictly enforced)
We get large crowds and patrons get nearby parking.
ARTISTS MUST park their vehicles at the BONITA BAY EXECUTIVE CENTER during festival hours.  ONE SPACE per vehicle UNHOOK TRAILERS.
There are 2 hotels adjacent to the festival site where artists who want nearby parking might stay.

LOADING & UNLOADING:
Early Setup will be allowed the FRIDAY prior to event (details in acceptance letter)
Drive up to your space is possible in most cases.  If you have extremely large pieces or a very large vehicle, please contact Barry to make special setup arrangements at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Displays must be setup and vehicles removed from Festival site by 9:15 am on Saturday & Sunday.
