Fees (no increases since 2008, we are sensitive to artists' current situation)

1. Application Fee:  $30.00 (non-refundable)
2. Show Fee: $400.00 (deposited upon acceptance) (FL sales tax included)
3. Larger Space Fee: $800.00 (send 2 checks of $400.00 with application, if requested).  Limited availability contact us for details.

Refunds

1. 50% Show Fee refund will be issued to ACCEPTED ARTISTS who cancel and notify the Festival 31 days prior to the first day of the event (received in writing). No refunds after that date.
   
2. "NO SHOW" POLICY:
   Artists who have not CHECKED-IN and/or CALLED (239) 992-1213 AND LEFT MESSAGE on voice mail by 8:00 AM, SATURDAY (first day of event), will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’. No Show equals No Refund and assigned space will be forfeited.
   
3.  No refunds will be made for any act of God, local authority or weather related cancellations of the event.

The committee reserves the right to reject any work it considers unsuitable.  Exhibitors MUST follow suggestions made by the CENTER FOR THE ARTS OF BONITA SPRINGS during the Art Festival.  No refund will be given if artist is ejected from the event for violation of rules.
